Kingsley - Room 1
Tariff per night: 2 people £68 / single £45
3 or more nights charged at £65.00 per night
The Kingsley room is a light, elegant and beautifully designed bedroom suite in which to completely relax. The view from this room is of the front garden, which is surrounded by mature trees and looks across to the neighbouring fields. This view is most enjoyed in the morning whilst sitting in bed with a cup of tea.
The bed is 5ft wide with a comfortable sprung mattress, perfect for a wonderful sleep. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a bistro style table and chairs by the window, which have comfy padded cushions, perfect for enjoying the view from the room.
The en suite shower room is completely modern with a large bow fronted shower. There is stylish hand basin and heated towel rail with luxurious quality towels.
Kipling - Room 2

The Kipling room is a very sunny and bright suite, charmingly styled for comfort and restfulness. The room has a quaint antique fireplace with an over mantle. The double aspect windows overlook the front garden and the beautiful beech and walnut trees on the other side of the house.
The bed is 5ft wide with a comfy memory foam mattress. There are two Lloyd loom chairs with elegant cushions for taking your ease.
The room also has a lovely shower en-suite with sink and shower cubicle.
Stucley Wing - Room 3
Tariff per night: £68 / single occupant £45
The Stucley Wing comprises of a twin bedded room with a separate private bathroom. The room is beautifully decorated and elegantly furnished creating a peaceful atmosphere. The room has twin beds (each 3ft wide) which are extremely comfortable, there is an elegant dressing table with a matching stool, fitted cupboard and a chest of drawers.
A table hosts your tea and coffee making tray, perfect for that morning drink as you enjoy the view from the large window, of mature beech trees which somehow have a very soothing effect.
The separate bathroom is elegantly decorated using old and new styles together and has a bath with a shower over, towels are hung on an old fashioned towel horse. For total privacy, the Stucley Wing has a separate door onto the wing which can be closed to make it completely private.

Bookings & Deposits:
We prefer bookings to be made by e-mail or by phone. On confirmation we request a deposit of 50% of one night’s stay, with the remainder to be paid on departure. We accept cheques and cash only.
Cancellation Policy:
We reserve the right to withhold all deposits unless we have 4 days prior notice of a cancellation or if there should be a non arrival.
Arrival & Departures:
We prefer our guests to arrive after 4pm and always appreciate a call on 07875 466732 with an anticipated time of arrival. Guests may arrive earlier by prior arrangement. Guests are asked to vacate rooms by 10am on the day of departure.
